  6. 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  7. 1 cup (250ml) double cream

  8. 11/2 tbs elderflower cordial

  9. 3 tsp rose water

  10. 5g freeze-dried raspberries (from health food shops), roughly crushed, plus extra to serve (optional)

  11. 1 ripe mango, peeled, thinly sliced

  12. Slivered pistachios & fresh raspberries, to serve
